Meadowsweet Montessori is a member of the Wildflower Network of schools. Wildflower is an ecosystem of decentralized Montessori micro-schools that support children, teachers, and parents. Wildflower aspires to give all children and families the opportunity to choose high-quality, beautiful learning environments as they follow life’s unfolding journey.
Commonly Asked Questions:
Q: "Google Business says you are temporarily closed. Is this true?":
Recently, we have been getting multiple questions about our Google Business ad. If you look up "Meadowsweet Montessori" on Google, our business will show up as "temporarily closed". But do not worry! This is something we are resolving.
In order to become submit a business on Google, they have certain standards for verification. These standards include to record a video showing our location, equipment and proof of management. This also includes showing a business sign. Because we have been under construction, we have been unable to provide this. But, that does not mean that Meadowsweet isn't opening. It simply means that we are opening soon! Once we are further into construction, our Google Business ad will change to have our address, hours, phone number and of course, will state that we are open!

Q: "Do you offer any discounts?":
Right now, we accept vouchers for families who are accepted by the program. We also provide discounts to families who pay either half year or full year tuition up front. Currently we are exploring other options such as future scholarships. If you have any questions about these, please contact us!

Q: "What months are you open?":
We are a full year program! In Montessori, we know that children thrive on consistency. Also, we know that many parents struggle to find care during summer months. Our program runs year-round with multiple breaks that run very similar to other Broome County public schools.
The needs of mankind are universal. Our means of meeting them create the richness and diversity of the planet. The Montessori child should come to relish the texture of that diversity.
